Returns
Because all our magnets are custom-made to your photos and specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@magneffie.co.uk with a photo of the item. We'll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes
Please double-check your image uploads and text before completing your order. Once production has begun, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
